Coming back strong with a community survey! What type of sleeper are you? Are you a stomach sleeper? Side sleeper? Do you sleep on your back? Do you sleep in an unidentifiable position that leaves you crippled every morning???
Lately, I’ve been looking into which sleeping positions are best to sleep in for the body and it’s made me curious about how many people sleep in these different positions. I personally am a stomach sleeper at the moment, but looking to make a change!
